What type of billing methods do you offer?

My bill includes a fuel recovery fee. What is this fee for?

The fuel surcharge you see on your bill is a fee that all of our residential and commercial customers are paying to help us manage the fluctuating cost of diesel fuel in the Central Atlantic region.  As fuel rates fluctuate, you may see a percentage increase or decrease in that fuel surcharge as we believe in being transparent with our customers and only charging what is absolutely needed to provide a consistent service. The link to the PADD 1B fuel rate can be found here with complete rate history that we reference in determining the recovery fee.
